Beware of Karvy FINX

Dear Sir,
greetings to you.
This is regarding the FINX a service from Karvy to submit MF applications online which is similar to our Fundsnet of CAMS.
We were the first ones to register for the same in Chennai but of no use.There is some problem in submitting the application.When called up Karvy we were informed a person would help us either through phone or in person.
I've not submitted a single application till date from the last two months of registration.
The person one Mr.Ramesh Babu came twice once for the demo and next for collecting the cheque.
Then there is no response for mails,phone to the concerned person,office of Karvy Hyderabad,Chennai all possible ways i've tried reaching them.
This is to just inform our all other friends to beware before they purchase the same.
